Jonas Coaker, of the Blue Post Inn, Harberton, was summoned for a similar offence [of using unstamped weights]. - The defendant was represented by his daughter, but the Bench informed her that they should adjourn the case for the attendance of her father, and intimated that they should issue a warrant against him if he failed to attend.[The daughter is presumably Livinia, his only daughter.]
