        Will and Bond
        Upon the Administration of the Goods &c of Thomas Martin late of St Stephens in Bramwell Yeoman deceased was on the 15th day of March 1845 proved in common form before Charles Grylls Clerk Surrogate &c
        And Administration of all and singular the Goods &c of the said deceased (left unadministered by Edward Brokenshire the Father and Guardian during the minority of Thomas Brokenshire one of the children of Testators Daughter Phillippa in the said Will named and as such a Legatee under the said Will) granted to the said Thomas Brokenshire with the said Will annexed he having attained his majority
        Being first sworn &c Saving &c
