        IMPORTANT AND UNRESERVED SALE OF HORSES, CATTLE, SHEEP, PIGS, POULTRY, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, BUTCHERING ESTABLISHMENT, EFFECTS, &c, &c.

        In consequence of the owner leaving the Colony, Mr. JOHN R. MABIN will Sell by Public Auction, on WEDNESDAY, August 6th, on the Premises of Mr. ALFRED JOHN JAMES, Spring Grove -

        About 180 Sheep, in good condition
        4 Head Cattle
        3 Grey Geldings, broken to Harness and Saddle
        Bay Mare, ditto ditto, accustomed to carry a lady
        Thoroughbred Mare, with Foal at foot by Day Dawn
        20 Pigs
        2 tons prime Bacon and Hams
        Sausage Machine, and Filter, by Sadler
        A new Spring Cart, by Rutherford Brothers
        2 sets good Trap Harness
        3 " Scales and Weights
        A quantity Straw, 2 Pumps, Chaff Cutters
        All the Shop Effects, being the usual requisites of a Butcher's Shop
        A Building, about 30 by 15, to be Sold to be removed
        A quantity Geese, Ducks, and Fowls
        Also,
        All the HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and EFFECTS, comprising - Parlor, Bedroom and Kitchen Furniture, Bedding, &c., &c.

        The Sale of Furniture and In-door Effects will commence at Eleven o'clock; the Cattle, Sheep, and Out-door Effects, at One o'clock.

        NOTICE.

        ALL ACCOUNTS OWING to Mr. ALFRED J. JAMES, Butcher, Spring Grove, MUST BE SETTLED on or before THURSDAY, the 31st instant, as he is about to leave the Colony, and Legal Proceedings will be immediately taken to recover any Debts owing after that date. All CLAIMS AGAINST Mr. JAMES are requested to be SENT IN at once.
