        County of Cornwall. I John Key of the parish of Saint Stephens in Branwell do hereby make this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary and my grandson William Rogers the whole of my property Goods and Chattels Life and dead stock of whatever kind and where-ever found Leasehold and household property included to hold and enjoy free from molestation or interruption from any person or persons whom I also make and ordain Executors alike of this my last Will and Testament jointly to hold and enjoy And I do hereby revoke disannul and disallow all my every other will by me heretofore made and ratifying this as my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty two
