        A MILITARY FUNERAL.

        The remains of William Hinnem leading-seaman of the Commonwealth Naval Forces, were accorded a military funeral on Sunday. The cortege left deceased's late residence, 24 Annesley-street, Leichhardt, and the interment took place in the Roman Catholic section of the Rookwood Cemetery. The coffin, covered by a Union Jack, was placed on a gun carriage, which was drawn by a detachment of 18 men, under the command of Chief Petty-officer Hartley. Commander Brownlow was among those present.
