Citation:
A Fat Wether Hog Sheep was killed and carried off from the farm of Matford, Alphington, occupied by Mr. William Nicks, on Saturday night or early on Sunday morning last. We trust the offenders will be speedily detected, as a reward has been offered and every publicity has been given to the felonious act. - (See advt.)

FIVE SOVEREIGNS REWARD.
WHEREAS, some evil-disposed Person or Persons did on SATURDAY Night or early on SUNDAY Morning last, feloniously kill and carry away A FAT WETHER HOG SHEEP, Leaving the Head, Skin, Foreparts and Entrails, from the Farm of Matford, occupied by Mr. Nicks, situated in the Parish of Alphington.
Whoever will give Information of the Offender or Offenders, on Conviction, shall receive the above Reward.
Or at any time hereafter like Depredations are committed, whoever will discover the Offender or Offenders, shall on Conviction, receive FIVE SOVEREIGNS REWARD.
