Who are Andrew and William Yardley and how are they related?

I assume that Andrew is probably Sarah's brother, but I can't find a matching baptism.

There is a baptism for William as an illegitimate child of Mary Yardley - this Mary could possibly be Sarah's sister, but she would be very old to be an unmarried mother.
