East face:
Sacred to the memory of Elizabeth, the wife of William Lyndon who departed this life the 21st day of August 1844 aged 71 years.
Also of Edward Matthews Lakeman, son of the above Elizabeth and Nicholas Lakeman, her husband, who departed this life September 30th 1876 aged 69 years.

West face:
Sacred to the memory of Nicholas, the son of Nicholas and Elizabeth Lakeman who departed this life the 18th day of October 1815 aged 15 years.
Also of Elizabeth their daughter who departed this life the 17 day of June 1816 aged 21 years.

Just in our prime Death did us find
And laid us in the dust.
Our Friends most dear, betimes prepare
To follow us you must.
