Mr. James W. Hannaford, farmer of Hamley Bridge, while on a visit to his brother, Mr. Fred. G. Hannaford, Leeward Farm, Finniss Point, was on Friday last the victim of a gun accident, which caused his death within 24 hours. The late Mr. Hannaford was widely known, being a native of Finniss Point, and the second son oí the late Mr. John Hannaford, of Wattle Vale. After farming in partnership wilh his elder brother here, he went to the Hundred of Pirie and farmed near the Broughton. A few years ago he sold out there, and bought land adjacent to Hamley Bridge, and continued agricultural operations. A widow and two sons survive.
