        EXTRAORDINARY MUSHROOM. - On Friday last a mushroom of a most unusual size was gathered in a meadow belonging to Mr. Birks, of the Fox Inn, Kidderminster, which certainly merits the attention of the curious. Its dimensions are as follows:- 2 feet 8 inches in circumference; 1 ft. 1 inch in diameter; 7 inches round the stalk, and its altitude 9 inches ! !
