        Pursuant to a Judgment of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice made in an action of the Matter of the Estate of John Roberts, deceased, Gomer Williams, and Elizabeth, his wife, against Thomas Davies and Ann Davies, his wife, 1879 W., No 63. The Creditors of the said John Roberts, late of the Royal Exchange Inn, Treherbert, in the County of Glamorgan, Innkeeper who died in or about the month of June, 1873, are, on or before the 5th day of August, 1879, to send by post, prepaid, to Messieurs Simons and Plew, of Merthyr Tydfil, in the said county of Glamorgan, the Solicitors of the Administratrix of the said John Roberts, their Christian and Surnames, Addresses, and Descriptions, the full particulars of their Claims, a Statement of their Accounts, and the nature of the Securities (if any) held by them; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Judgment. Any Creditor holding any Security is to produce the same before the Vice-Chancellor, Sir Charles Hall, at his Chambers, situated No. 14, Chancery lane, Middlesex, on FRIDAY, the 8th day of August, 1879, at Twelve o'clock at Noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the Claims.
