        HE WAS CHECKING UNITS

Hubert Cyril Morrish, 18 Llanover Road, Pontypridd, was fined £1 for having left his motor van in a manner likely to cause an obstruction.

The police alleged his van was parked for half-an-hour.

Mr Leonard Davies, defending, said that Morrish had parked his vehicle near the store he had to deliver bread and pastries to. He was following out his employment, and the time spent away from the van was due to the checking of units and so forth.
