CALLEWAERT - William Henry passed away peacefully in the Cowichan District Hospital on December 2nd, 1991. Bill was born in Ste. Amelie, Manitoba on August 31, 1931. He is survived by his loving family, son Michael (Patsy) of Duncan, daughter Jo-Ann (Jack) Ronda of Clearwater, daugther Maureen (Rod) Plecas of Nanaimo, and three grand-children, Cecilia, Mark and Marcie. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Joe, George, Hilda, Leona, Mary, Doris, Raymond and Robert, his good friend Omer Cyr and his faithful pet, Pudgie as well as numerous other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents and brother, Frank.
A memorial service will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel in Duncan on Thursday, December 5th, 1991, at 1p.m., with Rev. Ralph Cope officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Bill to to Cowichan District Hospital Intensive Care Unit or to a charity of your choice.

CALLEWAERT: On Friday, January 12, 1979, Mr. Leon Callewaert, late of Port Alberni, B.C., passed away at the West Coast General Hospital at the age of 82 years.
Survived by six songs: Joseph of Summerland, B.C., George of Port Alberni, Frank of Nanaimo, B.C., William of Duncan, B.C., Raymond of Port Alberni, and Robert of Whalley, B.C.; four daughters: Hilda MacLean of Kamloops, B.C., Leona Tyers of Prince George, B.C., Mary Schmidt of Port Alberni, and Doris Bowman of Vernon, B.C.; thirty two grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Irma Malbranck of Winnipeg, Man.
The funeral service will be conducted from Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 16, 1979 at 11:00 a.m. with Father S. Lajoie the Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
By request of the family, no flowers please. Friends so wishing may make donations to any charity. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Chapel of Memories Funeral Directors (Garry Coderre and Mel Boire).
