        This is the last Will and Testament of Henry Snell of the Parish of Saint Stephens in Branwell Tinner First I will that my just debts and funeral charges be paid All the rest residue and remainder of my goods and chattels rights and Credits and all and singular other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Jane Snell her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and their own use benefit and disposal And I nominate and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will And I hereby revoke all other Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator Henry Snell have to this my Will set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirteen

        Signed sealed published and declared by the said Henry Snell the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
