        [Tonypandy.]

It is with deep regret that we record the death of Mrs. Edmunds, the wife of Mr. Isaac Edmunds, patternmaker, Glamorgan Collieries, which took place at their house, 4, Anderson Terrace, Tonypandy, on Saturday, the 9th inst. The deceased, who was youthful in years, was much respected in the district, and her death came with painful suddenness to a large circle of friends. The sincerest sympathy is felt for the husband in his sore trial. Despite the unfavourable weather, the funeral on Thursday was attended by a good number of people, who followed the cortege to the place of burial, Treorchy Cemetery. The vicar, the Rev. R. W. Evans, officiated at the house and graveside, and the mourners were Mr. Isaac Edmunds (husband); Mr. and Mrs. Jordan, Treherbert (father and mother); Misses M. K., T. C., and M. Jordan, Treherbert (sisters); Mr. and Mrs. F. Daniells, Treherbert (brother-in-law and sister); Mr. A. P. Jordan, London (uncle); Mr. E. Jones, Cardiff (uncle); Mr. Wyndham Smith, Cardiff (cousin); Mr. J. Aurelius, Treharris (uncle); Mrs. M. Edmunds, Tonypandy (mother-in-law); Mr. J. Jones, Newport (uncle); Mr. and Mrs. W. Cleaver, Port Talbot (cousins); Mr. and Mrs. Ryan, Treherbert (cousins); and Miss C. Rees, Treherbert (cousin). Amongst the general public were Mrs. A. W. Phillips, Bon Marche; Mrs. Oriel, Llwynypia; Mrs. Wm. Davies, Rhondda Terrace; Mrs. D. M. Williams, Gilmour Street; Mrs. Joshua Davies, Rhondda Terrace; Messrs Wm.
