        [GUILDHALL, EXETER. - Monday.]

        Thomas Southard, a young man describing himself as an apprentice to a painter and glazier, and also of St. Sidwells, was charged by the Watch, having been found between 2 and 3 o'clock on Sunday morning, in that parish, in a state of complete drunkenness, and arousing the neighbourhood by a noice which he designated as singing. He was admonisted and fined 5s., with a week in which to pay it, or in default to be placed six hours in the stocks.
