        [EXETER POLICE.]
[SATURDAY. - Before Messrs. Kingdon, Hoope, and Pennell, justices.]

WM. BAIRD, tea dealer, of Summerland-street, summoned his neighbour, Robert Southard, for breaking open a door leading to his yard. The case was dismissed, the magistrates having no jurisdiction - the dispute being as to a question of right between Baird, tenant of the mortgagee in possession, and Southard, who represented the interests of the mortgagor.
