DEATH OF CAPT. F. NELSON. - The Madras Athenoeum announces the death, rather unexpectedly, at Kotagherry, on the 1st July, of Captain F. Nelson, of the European Veterans. "He had been long suffering from intermittent fever, but no one about him considered that he was in any immediate danger. Captain Nelson was invalided in 1853, and about three months ago went on sick leave to Kotagherry, and immediately afterwards issued a circular for the establishment of a Bucolic Club, a scheme which will, we apprehend, now die with the projector."
